The IB Diploma Programme is a rigorous, demanding and balanced programme for 16-18 year olds that takes place over a two-year course. Throughout the programme, students study six subjects of their choice and three core components that prepare them for their future university studies.

This programme will be taught in Spanish, with only English B being taught in English. A prerequisite to the programme would be to have a B2/C1 level in Spanish and English.

It provides excellent all-round training and the development of key skills in an international context, with the recognition of the most prestigious universities in the world.

· The IB Diploma Programme was established in 1968 to provide an international education to enable young people to better understand and manage the complexities of our world, and to develop skills and attitudes to contribute to creating a better world through their actionss.

· It offers students a stimulating educational experience with a broad and balanced international focus through the simultaneous study of six subjects and a series of core components over two years.

· It is designed to develop the basic academic skills that will be required for their university studies, further studies and their chosen profession.

· The profile of the learning community aims for learners to be inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, good communicators, principled, open-minded, caring, risk-takers, balanced and reflective.
