Boarding School

Iale has two residences for students who come from abroad or other parts of the country. There are two options: Monday to Friday, returning home for the weekends; and year-round accommodation for students who only return home during Christmas, Fallas and Easter. Bedrooms are designed for 2, 3 or 4 people and students are free to choose their own room-mates.

Students are looked after by a teacher who stays in the residence with them. The residential teacher bears main responsibility for boarders and he/she is always available to make their stay at IALE as positive as possible in terms of development and learning. The head teacher’s office and the rest of the staff are always on hand to help.

Students are required to show respect, interest and willingness to improve their education. All boarding students must return to the Center on Sundays between 8:30 pm and 10:30 pm (having eaten dinner beforehand). Students who choose to return on Monday morning, must do so before classes start. Food served at the residence includes breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner.
